BREW CHOC PEANUT BUTTER

MAKES 350G

PREP TIME: 5 MINS

Just four ingredients!!

If you love a dash of homemade peanut butter, and you love real chocolate, why not combine the two?? The perfect topping for anything like pancakes, waffles, toast, fruit slices, or straight from the jar on a spoon. No additives. Call it a health food because it is! Seriously.

NEED:

250 grams peanuts, dark roasted but unsalted

40 grams coconut sugar

80 grams Brew Choc

2 pinches pink salt flakes

DO:

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until desired texture is reached, scraping bowl regularly.

​

If you buy roasted peanuts, roast them again for 10 minutes in a cold oven set to 200°C. If you buy unroasted peanuts, roast them for 30 minutes in a cold oven set 170°C.​
